      Pros

      I've had a lot of opportunities to grow my career at Extra Space, and I recommend the company to anyone who wants the same. I am proud to work at a high-tech innovator within the storage industry. Also I have been impressed with how connected the executive team stays to the larger workforce. They do town hall meetings with all employees several times per year.

      Cons

      Things move fast at Extra Space, and change management is not always perfect. Benefits are a bit more expensive than other companies I've worked for.

      Pros

      good work life balance and DM is great to work with.

      Cons

      Some managers get to live almost rent fee on the property and get paid almost the same as managers who don't and it's expensive to live in Los Angeles. Compensation should be made.
