Tennant rate increases: Rate increases are sent out by cooperate, customer will call often angry asking for answers for large increases you were unaware of. while increases are an understandable part of the job, this interaction is one of the worst parts of the day. High expectations and but rarely scheduled with additional help. As stated before you are often working alone. while this can be great. company has high expectations many of which Can be close to imposible to maintain on a regularly when things get busy with out at lease one more person. no room for free thinking: Many complaints seem to be brushed over and waived or explained away as being excuses . If you tow the company line and keep your opinion to yourself you will have a much easier time....with that said i find myself in a district with a wonderful DM. if you are lucky enough to be in the same boat this may not be as much of an issue Pay while better than some could definitely be better than it is: pays better than my last job but with the high amount of success the company has had and the pride they have for Year over Year Net income growth. you would think the pay would reflect that. in addition Monthly Incentive bonus's while nice have only gone Down every month since I've been with the company and i would say hardly incentivize anything. Extra Space like most/All companies is a product of Capitalism. which means Revenue above all else. but there is great Potential for the company to evolve. i hope the company reads these reviews and uses them to improve where it is needed. in summary overall decent place to work but always pay attention to your situation.

- while some days can be very calm, some days tend to get VERY overwhelming and can be quite stressful - each facility will only have a max of 2 personnel at a given time with a majority of workdays spent independently depending on location.
