Cons

The raises are not by much yearly when promoted, there is not much of a boost in pay rental payouts are low during certain times of the year

You get to be outside, I got to drive a golf cart most days, you get to talk to people in a personal setting. My boss was great.

Cons

The pay wasn't great considering everything they expect and want you to do, working every Saturday sucks,

.Upper Management is a well oiled machine that knows how to handle any major projects with ease .Network of help desk agents or team leads to help solve any problem you run into no matter how small so you always have help .Live on Site options all over the country .Easy to find a rhythym with the daily workload once aquainted .Work can feel very rewarding as you get to help people in all types of situations and build a connection with your community

Cons

.Long learning curve before you are tuly able to handle your position with some ease, the resources are there for help but until you know the ins and outs it can be very stressful .Stressful situations can be quite common as our customers are usually people moving or struggling to find space for items and tensions can run high when valuables and money are involved. .No recognition for manual workload, all they celebrate is numbers and sales. Get 10 more rentals than normal cool you get a bigger bonus, but spend days and weeks hard at work on the property and theyll never know. .Pay is OK if you have an easy property to handle but if you have one with increased workload or issues you wont be getting payed more. Still think they should pay better overall and let there emloyees have Livable wages instead of survivable wages..
