Pros

Extra Space is the best company I've ever worked for. They are constantly growing which provides many opportunities for promotion. They are always updating their technology to enable us to do our jobs more efficiently. My DM is very supportive and makes sure I have the tools I need to be successful. He doesn't just set expectations, he teaches us how to reach them. His open door policy and positive leadership have helped me to grow along with the company.

The health benefits could be a bit more comprehensive.

Strong Company, Great Product, Great People

Cons

Too many reports within our district, we have way too many repetative reports: comp reports, invoice trackers, deposit trackers, etc.. We have stores to run, units to clean, and way too much on our plates as it is. Please limit the nonsense and let us run our stores effectively. Especially with summer on the way. We have alot of property maintenance in the summer and we're responsible for weed removal, etc.. So when they keep adding things to do, it sometimes becomes a major headache. Otherwise, I love my job-
