      Pros

      They are open to ideas and create a team feel for a district. They invest heavily in technology and look for opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      I came to this company thinking I was going to make Extra Space a career, but I no longer feel that there are any positions attainable above the store level. I have seen others promoted, so I understand this may just be my perspective.

      Pros

      The Incentive program is fair for the most part. The people that work there are great to be around. The company shows a caring nature for all employees.

      Cons

      While the District Managers for the most part are good there are some that feel they can make the rules up as they go along. One DM would fire people just to get rid of them and no matter what the people say about her obvious dislike for some people she will find whatever reason to fire them even if it was false.
