Over all. ok company but you're not a real leader in store manamgnet who can make actual decisions. Your ideas won't matter nor will they count. Your painted a picture during interviews but in reality, the picture painted is not entirely what youre getting. If you love to clean, breath in dust and dirt and have leadership reject purchases of cleaning products just so they can see a bigger bonus check then this job is for you. in the office you'll deal with horrible situations where you have to have empathy for people who are homeless and don't have a dollar to their name but youre forced to sell them overly priced merchandise and insurance that they don't need just to maintain KPIs that you won't get acknowleged for.

Pay is solid for the area
