Company actively seeks employee feedback and takes it into account when making company-wide decisions. Above average pay for this industry.

Cons

Anti-smoker environment, can be borderline hostile to smokers. Benefits are insanely expensive. Site manager at my particular facility grossly under-qualified to lead a team (although this is the exception, not the rule).

The company is a good place to work in regards to their career advancement, hourly pay and great management support.

Cons

The work schedule is from 9:30 - 6:00, and there are no saturdays off which is kind of ruff on me because I have kids, the medical benefits are very expensive, and the customers can be very mean at times.
