Business Outlook
Pros
The culture here is amazing, everyone is so kind and welcoming. The company is extremely supportive of work life balance. They also support your day to day decisions. It's the best job I've ever had. The monthly bonuses are also great, its not a huge amount, but it's far better than nothing
Cons
Pay and positions. They should change all titles to property manager instead of store manager and assistant as we do the same job anyways. They should be paying us the same, and a lot more. This is still a far better paying job than other places, but still nowhere near enough
