Pros
Excellent team, quick upward mobility, and a executive team that cares about their employees. Back as an assistant manager, they did a Teams meeting where we broke into groups and had a chance to question various executives (including the CEO) regarding our concerns. Company gave a 5% bonus to store-level employees, in addition to our annual raises, due to how well the company was performing. Company kept us safe during COVID. Company pays well, and gives extra incentives as well.
Cons
They HAD been understaffed, but only due to the company growing and acquiring new sites (which led to more promotions for employees). Thanks to recent job fairs and a wave of new hires, this issue has been resolved.
