      Worst company and worst area manager

      Pros

      Got to work with some nice people.

      Cons

      The area manager just drills corporate orders down your throat. There is no flexibility with scheduling, the salary is terrible and they take advantage of their customers.

      Pros

      Closed on Sundays, Set schedule, meeting new customers, and hearing some interesting stories. Having the flexibility of working at your on pace!

      Cons

      Worked most Saturdays, unless requested PTO 30 days in advance. Having to drive to the bank 3 times a week for deposits and drive to different stores within the district to work. (They pay mileage but the cost isn't worth it)and deal with that Site's issues and problems.

      Hours are good. Job is one of the better ones.

      Cons

      All employees are not treated fair and held to the same standard. What works for one person is not the case for everyone. You are hired for one position at one site and then rudely without warning you are told you have to work at a different location. (This other store could be 1 hr drive away) You are not given an option to say no and if you do you get a target on your back. Our management team thinks they are helping, but they are useless. Says they support us, but dont. There is absolutely no team in this area. It's a dictatorship. Hours are cut more and more, but job duties increase.
