      corporate upper echelon get rich off of the under appreciated field associates. nickle and dime the consumer.

      Pros

      They preach and talk at you to do one thing, then expect another. This Company does not pay enough for the number of responsibilities that you are required to handle on a daily basis. I did not sign up for this mistreatment. This is not a company that values their employees.Anyone can do this job, but now everyone will. Not everyone will take the poor working conditions.

      Steady 40 hours a week, paid time off

      Cons

      They don't promote from within unless you are a white male. Shareholders matter more than employees amd executives try to sell you on a culture that does not exist. They often say one thing and do another. Upper management won't take claims of harassment or discrimination seriously when reported.
