      My managers and HR actually care. I was sick last year and in and out of the hospital for between 3 & 4 months. They kept my store managers position the whole time. I stepped down to assistant manager at w my request while healing. When I let them know my health was back up enough to run a store again, my manager had gotten me a brand new store to manage within only a couple of weeks.

      Cons

      Some of the metrics we are judged by require systems that sometimes do not work. Getting credit for every review.... I have seen many times that I get a legitimate review but never see credit for it. The phone drops calls often when you are out on prorperty.

      Great Co-worker always willing to give you a hand, DM that are always will to help with any problem you can't solve and giving you the training and tools you need to be successful and so far I have not had contact with anyone in higher up management that makes you feel like you are bothering them when asking questions. I would have have highly recommend Extra Space Storage as a great place to work.

      Cons

      I cannot think of to many cons outside of just not having enough help in my area.
