Pros
Hours are consistent, pay is decent, co-workers are helpful and friendly. Extra Space shows that it values it's employees and a great place to work if you want to grow as a sales person. The district managers empower you to own the location you're working at, and although there is a store manager, they work WITH you not above you. There is always learning opportunities and even if you don't get a "A" or a "100%" on something, the district managers and District Team Leads, along with you store managers are always there to help you to improve. I haven't come across a single person so far that hasn't been a positive influence in the workplace.
Cons
Not that it's a HUGE issue, but you do work alone for a good bit of the time and sometimes that can be detrimental to some of your daily tasks. Overall, I don't have a lot of cons for working here, though.
