      Pros

      - friendly staff hand picked by the district manager - no standing behind a register for hours - one on one interactions with new and current customers - full health benefits - PTO and holiday pay - closed on major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day - There is downtime so for an introvert like myself it is great - the software we use is very easy to use and has a very useful support/help guild built-in - Staff from other stores always can assist and answer any questions/concerns you may have. - room to grow in the company - monthly bonuses

      Cons

      - some days there is too much downtime and you spend most of the day cleaning/maintaining the property -

      Pros

      The entire team is very supportive and willing to help with any problems or questions you have. They offer great benefits (401k, health insurance, bonuses, pto) and, maybe best of all, they respect your free time. They will work to promote you if they see that you're interested and if you are generally good at what you do.

      Cons

      Customers can be rude and they'll direct their anger and/or bad attitude at you. However, unfortunately, that's a part of customer service. There is some light pressure to convert at least 80% of customers into buying insurance. KPI numbers are very important to them so there is also some light pressure to meet certain numbers. You only work with other person in the office, or by yourself at times, so it can get monotonous sometimes.

      Pros

      Employee and Customer focused. One doesn't have to suffer because of too much focus on the other. The Balance is near perfect! They support from the DM is AMAZING! Hours are fantastic!(My past is Retail Mgt.) Bonuses are achievable. I can't say enough good stuff about this company!

      Cons

      Only negative and it's a small one....the insurance is a bit expensive. That's it, though.
