      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Ability to help customers with different storage need levels. Room for growth. Extra Space walks the walk and talks the talk. Extra Space has room for everyone at their table.

      Cons

      So much innovation, that more and more rentals are happening outside of the office. Aggressive rate increases causing undue stress for site managers.

      I got my life back when I joined Extra Space over 6 years ago. This company allowed me to grow professionally and take care of my family. The core values are what keep me going every day.

      Cons

      The ever changing world around us has made it more difficult sometimes to handle upset customers, but keeping a cool head and rational thought makes all the difference!
