      Pros

      I have to say my pros are there is always room for growth in the company. If you apply yourself and show you want to move up and eager to learn the sky is the limit. Upper management truly cares and will always have your back in furthering your career.

      Cons

      We do have 4 paid holidays off a year which is New Years, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas I wish we would have a few more important holidays off.

      Pros

      I have been with the company a little over 3 years. The culture of the company is great and one of the reasons I came to work here is because of the leadership and compassion that was displayed during my interviews. The company really cares about the people that work for the company and it can be seen at all levels including the executive team. The company puts not only its customers first but it puts the employees first as well. The work life balance is great and the support has been great during my short tenure with the company.

      There are no downsides of the company.

      Pros

      A company that lives it's values. Focused on doing the right thing and creates a great employee experience. If you want to grow it can/will happen if you live the Core Values.

      Cons

      Not many cons but if I can think of one I would say there are many times we get bogged down with administrative responsibilities. Nothing you can't handle and challenges you to be great but can distract you from being out in the field driving the best in class performance.
