The hours of operation are good and I personally like.

Cons

Training. The overall initial training and my trainer were excellent. Though when put on the front line, the training did not exist. The two seasoned coworkers, in humble opinion, failed me. "Yeah, whatever. Don't worry about that. Just move on." There are so many pieces to this mosaic which are completely glossed over and then there's self-importance factor too. Those with longer histories here, tend to look down on me, however, I did not know and yet the abuse.

Get to go outside and walk a lot. You work alone most of the time.

Cons

A lot of the work is busy work doing menial tasks. Major focus and emphasis on sales which the job listing wasn't upfront about.
