      Pros

      Flexible schedule sometimes. Not a lot of micro-managing. Allows for your own time management and reasonable deadlines to meet.

      Cons

      Not promoting employees that have been with the company over 5 years. Seem to promote those that have been here less than 2 years and are not able to answer questions for those they supervise. Those employees still leave within a short period so lots of turnover. Invest in those employees that are invested in the company.

      Pros

      There are a lot of great people that work at Extra Space but unfortunately they are not the ones being promoted as the company grows. They have a great work culture as long as you are in the "VPs group". I loved working here but

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow they are losing the culture that had made them a great place to work. There are cliques, limited communication and those that are getting promoted to the next level tend to not continue to exhibit the company values (specifically integrity). They are out for themselves and too make money; not the team as a whole.

      Pros

      Good starting pay when I started. The hours of operations isn't 24 hours so the latest schedule is 12-8pm.

      Cons

      They change the commission structure constantly to reflect you getting less and less with every change. Benefits are very pricey especially if your looking for a family plan. The moral in the National center is horrible and very negative. The management definitely plays favorites to certain employees and it's obvious who they are.
