      Full time hours with guaranteed Sundays off Friendly work environment accommodating Cares for their employees, promotes internally before looking outside.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit low for the industry benefits are ok, but there's is room for improvement Management is communicates clearly for most things, but there are some things that seem to change without warning

      Pros

      My District Manager empowers me to run the business, and supports me when I need it. I feel appreciated and valued. The company innovates using our feedback and input. I am celebrating my 10 Year Anniversary. 4 years ago I transferred from Florida to Oregon. Our business does well during times of economic ups and downs. During my 10 years with the company they have not cut back on staffing, They acknowledge we are the reason why our company is better than competitors. Benefits are great!

      Cons

      Remember this is a Multi Billion Dollar Corporation sometimes there can be a disconnect between field and Upper Management. Annual pay increases are small but we do get them.
