This company is very hard to work for especially for new hires. I worked @ E.S. over a year and NEVER had a permanent schedule or home site. Some weeks I would be at 3 different sites in 3 different cities, or 2 days in one site, one day off three days 35 miles away. Each site has a key box with its own code each gate has its own code, and each alarm has its own code. This ia all before you clock in... The constantly transitioning is ridiculous. The only thing that was consistent is how they complicate EVERYTHING. Most SS use software that is efficient, they take bits and pieces from the top 3 that formulate into more confusion. STUPID rules, everyone has to answer the phone with a phoney scripted message that is of course wayyyy to long. They are so diluted they try and convince their employees this all makes sense by making you graduate from the EXTRA SPACE university... Oh they hope the spies they send in will insure good customer service, but still demand you lie to the customers. You are told you must tell the customers that insurance is MANDATORY...... This company is not a place to work if your honest or not paranoid too....
