      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Ability to help customers with different storage need levels. Room for growth. Extra Space walks the walk and talks the talk. Extra Space has room for everyone at their table.

      Cons

      So much innovation, that more and more rentals are happening outside of the office. Aggressive rate increases causing undue stress for site managers.

      Pros

      Working with extra space has given me the advantage to move around and stay in sales. The benefits are great, as long as you love saving money! Ive been here now for 2 months and its never a dull moment, i mean NEVER. Keeps you young and busy.

      Cons

      I feel we could use more employees, The pay is alright, Numbers and metrics are the main focus, i feel it can sometimes hinder some employees from handling personal things but that all falls under ones time management. not to many cons.

      Pros

      ESS has a great culture and truly cares for its team members. There are growth and advancement opportunities, and many resources available to grow and develop. There is a strong Team atmosphere, including meetings, conferences, overall support, and extracurricular events such as charity work and team building. The work life balance is also a huge advantage. Overall, my peers and supervisors provide an amazing environment of sharing, learning, and support. I have the guidance, direction, yet autonomy to do my job, and all the support possible to be successful.

      Cons

      Would like to see more federal holidays added, as well as sick days added on top of PTO / vacation time. Bonuses and pay are solid, of course, they can always be improved and additions.
