Overly generic assessment system has you competing with hundreds of other employees in your metro area, many of which do jobs nothing like the one you do. You aren't assessed on the quality with which you perform your craft, rather how many 'things' you've gotten done in a year.

Plenty of resources in place, including very experienced technical folks in the office that are willing to impart knowledge on complex technologies. Flexible work hours, no micromanaging.

Cons
