The salary is high and the benefits are among best in industry Stability: the company has been and will continue to be around for a long time In many areas, they do a good job with Diversity & Inclusion

Cons

The work/life balance is off. Managers will tell you that you can have flexible working conditions, but most managers value employees working long hours onsite as well as evenings/weekends.
