Pros

A lot of responsibility A lot of resources to learn if you know how to Rewards well if you are a top performer

Cons

No work life balance A lot of repeat work A lot of red tape A lot of old fashioned thinking, stemming from older staff Feedback loop is not effective, internal ranking not driving the necessary changes and improvements in personnel due to how selective/subjective it is Lack of innovation Management not connected with the ground, employees put in the dark regarding their movements and opportunities, considering that there is a study to 'optimise' the workforce. Employees should be treated better considering the very heavy workload. $/hour worked is lower despite higher base pay

Pros

Not the same for all teams but in mine there was good synergy, and management were open to discussions/feedback. Overall work culture and environment was good. Plenty of opportunities for exposure and learning as well.

Cons

Heavy workload and constant need to prioritize.

Pros

- Great number of opportunities to challenge yourself - Will be given opportunities to learn and demonstrate value - During non-turmoil times, great opportunities to move roles - Great starting salary

Cons

- Culture can be very hierarchal, and perceived as toxic - Very little work-life balance is encouraged in operations - Lack of trust as very little constant communication from upper management - Decisions on investments often don't make too much sense - New feedback system allows for unjustified layoffs label as resignations
