Pros

Exzac really is one of the few companies that do put it's employees ahead for employee's career growth on all the aspects (including but not limited to knowledge, hierarchical, monetary growth). If you are good at your work they surely will appreciate you in every manner. gets you a platform to work with skilled teams/colleagues

none that I can bid on.

Support position for big clients

Work hours are very comfortable, salary is ok, but no bonus. nice people to work with

the job is boring, rarely doing any development most of the time support clients with production issues \ small patch for problems. very old technology. if you are a tech guy this is not the place for you. Management recently changed - for the worse. i wish they would treat people better, too many have left the company because of that. You change your job every few month which is for me bad, some likes it. sometimes you get really boring projects and sometime you get some development which is ok. there is an issue with the new policy regarding vacation days you can't take vacation on future days so if you want to take vacation you have to earn those days before even if it's holidays. in general this is a service company - a support company so make sure it's understood before you decide to come on board

convenient hours per day (8) - total 40 hours a week (billable)

Cons

low salary, no bonuses, very boring job - hardly no code to develop here no potential to develop any skills no leadership since matrix bought the company is falling down
