Pros

I came to Rinkov Eyecare as a longtime optician. I have now been with the company for 10 years. It is ever growing and changing, making it a fun place to work with competitive pay and paid time off. Benefits are also available. I have worked at most locations within the company. Each office has a great team and great doctors to work with. There are great advancement opportunities with training which is ideal for those that are motivated.

Flex Time Bonus for referrals Food Days Shift Bids [Many options] No Uniforms Growing Company Decent Pay Voucher to use at the Clarkson Eyecare stores Flexible with appearance [Tattoos, Piercings, Colorful Hair]

Cons

Sick, Personal and Vacation time is in one pool for PTO. Favoritism. Software can be extremely slow and makes it difficult for scheduling. Not enough training for Billing. If you work a Saturday, you have to make up 2 hours that you missed.
