The perks offered are beyond what I thought could be offered and includes extended discounts to family members on eye care and. Management is flexible with schedules and seeks to make sure the employee is well accommodated.

I have been a full time employee at Rinkov Eycare Centers for over 8 years and I can not say enough great things about this company. When hired in 2011 I had no optical experience and was hired for a front desk position. Within the first year not only was I trained how to run the front desk efficiently but I was also trained as a technician. After being trained as a technician I was trained as an optician. After being trained as an optician I was trained as an office manager. I have been an office manager for over 4 years now and I am continuing to learn something new every day. This company will never hold one of their employees back but encourages and supports employees to learn more. My co-workers have not only encouraged me in all of my work adventures but also in my personal life as well. They truly have become some of my best friends and some are more like family. Could not work for a better company!
