Has been flexible with kid's school schedules

Cons

Literally no perks for employees if youre on the corp side. They just took away our only remaining "perk" which was a $200 voucher towards an appt or materials (but dont expect that to cover the full pair because employee pricing sucks) but some managers expect you to be available at all hours of the day and night as if having a life outside the company doesnt exist.

Constant chaos, broken equipment, massive layoffs -no job security, no support for staff and the managers are overworked, stressed out and lacking resources. Constant change in high level leadership and ever changing goals and priorities
