Pros

EyeCare Partners is an excellent place to start a career right now. There is so much growth that the learning opportunities are almost endless. If you get in on the ground floor and work hard, it will pay off. There are a lot of people that really care about the work being done, which is awesome.

Cons

In such a fast paced and growing environment, there are not defined processes in some cases. This can be challenging, but at the same time, there is a lot of attitude to employees to make their own processes, which is great experience.

Pros

Good benefits. There are some very good people at the very bottom of this company, the top should go to them and listen.

Cons

Lack of leadership, lack of upward mobility. Upper management blindly trusts lower management. Does not have open door policy. Upper management cares nothing of lower peeons at the bottom. Does not speak to them.
