Absolutely nothing what so ever .

Poor Management, work being given away to offshore, people being let go of daily, the general stress of wondering if you will have a job tomorrow.

Pros

Ability to work with patients and watch them experience a positive side with their vision change.

Cons

MANAGEMENT...hands down management is terrible no control no one is able to assist. Not compensated for the work done/do. All they care about is numbers forget if you work 40+ hours a week they want to get the most out of you but unwilling to pay overtime.

The worst place I ever worked

Pros

One very nice co-worker. But they wanted to keep their job so they looked the other way while the mistreatment was happing

Cons

Works you all the time and as soon as your 90 days are up they get rid of you saying your doing great and all of a sudden about a week before your 90 days they find fault and send you packing so they don’t have to implement your benefits
