      Management is horrible, they have no clue how to treat their employees.

      Pros

      The actual job itself is rewarding. I like working with the patients. It feels good to help people with their eyesight.

      Cons

      Many of the members of management are condescending, unsupportive and very unprofessional. I’m surprised they are in management roles. The morale is terrible as a result of the leadership.

      There are No his rains to work at ESP

      Mgmt team doesn't know Optical, but they do know Nextgen. They aren't concerned about the employees. The benefits are terrible all across the board. ENTER ESP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!

      Location...15 min breaks, 30 min lunch break, free parking, near Towson Town Center, hours of operation, break room, coffee, nearby eateries

      Cons

      They are an equity company that buys Opthalmology Practices and basically takes over their receivables. They are unstructured, unprofessional, unstable and their benefits are non in comparison to most companies. They have a high turnover and lack training. They do a lot of desperate hiring and do not value their employees. Their business practices are unethical.
