      Pros

      There are a few good people that work here. The office is very nice and modern

      Cons

      It is a total dream selling culture, the owners make you feel like the company is doing well and growing when they actually aren’t. The fancy office, company outings and staff all make you think that you are on a winning team, when actually it is the opposite. They make “perks” like a company car and computer seem much more than what it is. For all of the work that you will be doing the salary is not competitive at all and there are no opportunities to move up in the company because management changes every year. Stay Away!

      I had a dream, that one day I would participate in the accelerated growth of a company to such a notable scale, that its product or service would be a household name. I found such a company in NVMC

      I really enjoy working for NVMC, the culture is great and leadership team care about its employees. Also, the leadership team consistently live by the company core values of passion, integrity, and excellence. It truly is an exciting time to be working for NVMC. - The people are smart, approachable, helpful, and hardworking - Training and development encouraged - Provided the tools you need to get the job done - Freedom to be proactive and take ownership - Giving back to the community - Fitness center
