      It's a small company that does try to look out for their employees.

      Cons

      This position in particular has to basically be available 24/7 and that is very difficult for only one person to manage

      Pros

      Work 4 days 10 hour shifts and have 3 days off every week, Work mostly sitting down, enjoy good company as you work with your team, and your in an environment that can make lasting friendships, also your able to move up very quickly depending on how much you put in to the job.

      Cons

      Cons will differ from person to person and is more for you to find out once your in.
