Everything. The management sucked and it was obvious the higher ups were lining their own pockets with company money, one of the reasons they had to rebrand from NVMC. I ended up quitting when a manager told me they liked to hang out with COVID positive people and try to bring it to work and then only gave us a bucket of bleach to pass around to keep us "healthy" as we continued to use the same monitoring stations and keyboards and monitors and mice and headsets and telephones throughout the night. The final straw was definitely when they wanted us to sign a waiver saying we couldn't take off for fear of the virus.
This is a dead end job, no way to improve, and you get fired on a whim.
There is blatant theft from this company toward its customers. They never receive what they think they are paying for, which is people watching there property live, instead most only get alarms, or if they really think they're getting live monitoring, they are up on a screen with dozens of other locations that are barely looked at.
