Some of the best employees to work with.

Cons

Management is out to sabotage anything beneficial for the company. They would rather keep training new employees than to save their hard workers. They like to fire for every little mishap without getting to the bottom of the situation. They promise growth and moving up the corporate ladder...that is a JOKE! They do not want you to move up.

off on Sunday. A few paid holidays off. Also, you will get to hear about the lavish vacation that Doug Jr. got to take with his young family the month before, you dont wanna miss it. While youre bustin your rear making him that money, he is spending it and telling you how he spent it.

Cons

Forget about spending spring break with your kids, forget about making money, forget about upper management repecting ANYONE, all they care about is Jrs next lavish vacation. Very little pay raises

Horrible pay, long hours, awful customers, and awful upper management! Does not take care of employees AT ALL! This company was the biggest mistake working for. All they care about is making a dollar. Job security yeah right they will lay you off in a heart beat if not making what they think is good payroll. If that means working on short staff and no breaks to make them happy!! Awful Awful place!! I strongly believe standing behind your employees and this isn't the company!!!
