      Pros

      For someone with self proclaimed job "A.D.D.", Eze has managed to keep me challenged and engaged for many years now. Every day is a new and different day and I love the people I work with.

      Cons

      We're a global firm now and its hard to grow and still keep our entrepreneurial spirit and culture.

      Pros

      Eze is an incredible place to start a career. It is true that you'll work hard and sometimes work tough hours, but there are huge opportunities for those who make it through the crucible. You'll also have enough freedom to constantly develop your skills, whatever you want those to be.

      Cons

      In a word, strategic planning & execution. There is a disconnect between the lofty and well-planned goals of senior managment (i.e. sell in the TAM space, move into new spaces, etc...) and how capable the firm is of carrying out these goals. Unfortunately, Eze does not have the manpower/ expertise to execute on these goals in the time necessary to remain the market leader in innovative solutions.

      Eze is like a dot-com that knew when to grow up just enough

      Pros

      Eze is a true meritocracy; smart, down-to-earth, friendly people are the norm; there's a real emphasis on work hard / play hard; getting the job done is still more important than putting a cover sheet on your TPS reports. It's all-around a fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      The merger with ConvergEx, while a great idea on paper, is slowly but surely undermining Eze culture, in the New York office especially. Eze is a great company with one of the best management teams around; ConvergEx is the exact opposite. It's 20 years behind the times, out of step with modern realities, and full of hierarchy-conscious apple polishers who advance on time served instead of any real merit.
