coherent strategy and compelling vision
Cons
layoffs and cut remote work options in half in a region with some of the worst traffic in the world. I face 240 hours a year commuting. Others face double that. All to satisfy the (few) extroverts who miss the "energy" of a crowded workplace. fully remote competitors will have a field day poaching employees. this may ne by design; f5 hasn't been hiring technical employees in the usa for years.
