Horrible management. CEO, now with Verolube took a 150M company and grew it in the wrong direction,,, backwords. Verolube management must not check references. Unfortunately his legacy will last and this company is dead. Zero morale...big brain drain as well. most of the talent left long ago.

people, but not executive management. They,executive management, are nowhere near the real world.

Cons

There has never been a business plan and fly by the seat of your pants would be them actually doing well. nepotism at the largest, no chances for advancement unless in the grace of EX, management. terrible planning which means none. HR department lacking, unorganized and unknowledgeable. Computer system that doesn't work and yes we are looking to be sold again. This part could last forever.
