My experience here is awful. So, no pros!

This company has the worst leadership ever. FCC Environmental is an awful company that's headed by some of the most evil and problematic people. The management doesn't do its jib well because it doesn't care about the employees. The managers just do the bare minimum of delegating tasks, but they never give us any support.

Given how terrible my experience was at this workplace, I don't think anyone should ask me this, so I refuse to write anything here.

Cons

The managers at FCC were the worst human beings. They wanted you to take on tons of work, put in brutal and exhausting hours, and take on the stress associated with a poor work-life balance while they enjoyed the credit for your hard work. It was ridiculous. Don't be the next victim!
