Cons

Horrible pay and hours are too long! Management isn't the kind of leadership employees would look up to and be happy about! They're abusive and manipulative!!

Pros

The people (very select few) were the only positive thing about working at this company. Most of them quit which is telling.

Cons

Pay for all positions is significantly below market value. Passive aggressive management. This is a culture where employees have to threaten to quit to get paid what they deserve, the only reward otherwise for doing a good job is more work with no pay. Management believes that you should be available 24/7, when you're not even being compensated enough to work your 40 hours. Merit increases are a joke and there is absolutely zero incentive for loyalty.

My team is great! And I learn a lot from my teammates as well.

I recommend that you stay away for FCC Environment. This company is headed by a horrible leadership that has no accountability and no integrity. The management is incapable of accepting mistakes, and most of the managers think that they're always correct. The managers also lie all the time that employees don't believe them anymore.
