      Completely lacks processes and discipline

      Pros

      Above average compensation (for salaried employees), great benefits and perks, high quality products, owners that truely do care about the business and employees

      Cons

      - ZERO work-life balance, people come in early, stay late, and take work home -IT infrastructure is awful, they are trying to implement SAP but in the meantime everything is broken and little is being done to fix it because SAP is supposed to make everything better, we just have to be patient! - Sales makes outrageous demands that everyone else has to bend over backwards to accommodate because top priority is to "service our customers", with no consideration for how it will impact other departments - Little to no processes or documentation outside of Health & Safety, and there is major resistance to establish rules, "everything changes so quickly around here, what's the point?" - Lots of finger-pointing and passing-the-buck when things go wrong, which is all the time

      FGF is not for everyone

      Free pizza and muffin! WOW

      Cons

      Stressful environment with poor management. They believe FGF is not for everyone!!! So they just hire and fire They hire new grads with less experience because they don't know what is going on in other work places. Don't believe Positive Reviews here as they are by the HR.

Our new grad hiring program has been very successful at FGF, and many of our new grads have been given the opportunity to grow and move into other positions within the organization in order to further develop their skills and careers. Some have also posted reviews on Glassdoor. Our commitment is, and always has been to provide a rewarding, engaging work environment. It’s fast paced and constantly changing, we know it’s not for everyone, however for those who love that type of culture, it’s very exciting and very rewarding.

      Pros

      Good Leaders to help you get better, the Supervisors are encouraging and work with you. They try and give raises to your rate regularly over time. you get samples of whatever is being made, which is nice.

      Cons

      Long hours 12 hour shifts, either you give up your day or give up your night. If you dont know how to manage things you can end up with little sleep. Work like balance is the problem, to survive, you have to do 12 shifts 4 times a week.
