If given the proper time the trainers can get their job done. Work schedules are good unless there is mandatory OT. Some supervisors are good.

Cons

They only promote yes people who will backstab others. Leadership will block your efforts to move up if they don't like you. They tend to promote those who have less knowledge of the dept. HR changes every month. Workload increases yet supervisors don't assist.
