Steady calls all day. Very busy.

Cons

Government clearance took 3 months. Can get laid off at any time or switched to a temporary federal position (which is more pay) and then can get switched back to government and lose the extra pay

They make you stay on camera during your entire shift. The calls are pretty easy but sometimes stressful being on camera. One of the supervisors who was “watching us” didn’t turn off his mic and was talking about employees. Super unprofessional and uncomfortable that we are being watched and talked about. We are working under the department of education we should have to deal with this level of micromanaging and unprofessionalism. Being on camera is actually risky due to the information we have access to.

Good pay , good hours and great training

Cons

Will be lead to believe opportunities are there when there is none but they usually fire after a project is complete. It doesn't matter of hard work or not it's just in masses
