Pros

Very good benefits - especially healthcare. Low premiums, low co pay, large network of medical providers. Minimum 4% 401K match - Maximum match is 6%.

Cons

Flex time is rare even though it is supposed to be a country wide benefit. Different culture within each geographic region.

Pros

My direct supervisor is fantastic, and the environment is generally very collegial and friendly. The work is challenging and keeps me on my toes.

Cons

Inconsistent messages from people in top positions create a very frustrating work dynamic sometimes. All of the examiner positions are very writing intensive.
