Pros

It is a product based company and also top company in FinTech list. I have worked at Bangalore office for 4 years and even my colleagues were working there for more than 5 year and some of them are still working. There is not any job insecurity in this company any you can think to work for long term.

Cons

Salary increment and promotion process is not so good. But you will be satisfied with your job.

Pros

Work closely with professionals to put out the best product for the customer. Great team work, everyone has one goal, to do their best work. Work is full time or more. Great benefits, large amounts of vacation time, fair pay for the most part. Opportunities to work from home.

Cons

The company is HUGE. It is a world wide company so that even after working there 16 or more years they have no problem with laying you off after reorganizing. You're a person to the team you work with, but you feel like you're a number to them. Also, sometimes your so busy you have to push off vacation to meet deadlines. Jobs demand a high level of education, which is a pro and con. If you're looking for a job there you'll have to be trained in very specific areas.

Pros

None actually to be mentioned. Employees treated like slaves rather than as an employee. Not recommended at all. Accept offer only if there is no other option and if you do not have skills.

Cons

No work and family life balance. Physical presence is important for the managers rather than get the work done. Salaries are below average. Bossy and insulting attitude. Health and dental benefits mentioned to be started immediately on contract but but after joining HR mentioned can not get it before 3 months. Joining date changed 2 times before joining HR is very slow. Look busy do nothing is appreciated here.
