      After 30 years of service, this company has drastically changed, some changes for the better, some for the worst.

      Pros

      Well known company rated #1 in it's class. Appears to be doing well and stock is up.

      Cons

      Way too big of a company. My opinion is that the company grew faster than senior management and services could keep up. There are several areas of the company that are severly struggling becase of the tremendously fast growth and client expectations increasing. Clients today are very well educated, have exceedingly high expectatiions and are not afraid to push and/or escalate to get what the want. It can be very challenging working with clients when the company is struggling with growth.

      Pros

      Decent starting pay. Good people from previous companies that FIS has gobbled up and kept before they fire them.

      Cons

      No job security, constant layoffs, leadership use smoke screen on everything. No room to advance. No pay increases annual average is 1-2%.
