Pros

Benefits. Working from home at times. Secured building to work in downtown.

Cons

Management. Not caring about employee tenure or investing in employees. Stopped being focused on client experience when FIS purchased SunGard. FIS cares only about FIS, not those that actually make the systems work. There is a definite "Good Ole Boys Club" in Jacksonville. Those that suck up to management are the ones that are promoted.

Decent pay, can make a lot of money if you are willing to work 60+ hours per week

Cons

Poor management, inadequate training paired with unrealistic expectations of employees, poor work/life balance, instability with respect to the future of the company due to buyouts by other large companies. Horrible benefit package.
