As a company with more than 53,000 employees in more than 130 countries it can be difficult to ensure that no employee feels siloed, especially through our many acquisitions. That’s why we're closely reviewing results from our recent People Survey to explore the areas that we can improve upon to ensure sentiments like these are addressed.
