Pros

Free coffee, Work-Life balance with 60+hr a week, 3 week vacation (you can't take), Sponsor training event (they have to be local and less than $100). Hyper No Audit office in Orlando.

Cons

60-80 hr work week, management is 300% perfectionist, 500% nonconformist, lack of guidance from management, and co-worker back stabbing. Free thinking and Ideas are not welcome.

Pros

Company provides decent benefit package.

Cons

Constant layoffs and very cut throat. I was invited to a round table meeting and let go in 30 minutes. When I tried negotiating my severance I was told no more than once. Then the company had another layoff a few months after and gave them more. Avoid this company at all cost and Ferris, worst CEO.

Pros

Remote working, flexible schedule, supportive team

Cons

Frequent mass layoffs, no bonuses. I’ve been working for FIS since mid 2022, a few weeks ago they laid off myself and hundreds of other Finance employees. They are outsourcing most of Finance to India Accenture which is disgusting-no regard at all for preserving US jobs. No concern for the accuracy of reporting. We have our jobs until March 2025, then will receive a ridiculous 1 month severance and will lose the 401k match we’ve been accruing the past few years. No payout of unused vacation time. This company will use you and throw you away without a care in the world
