Friendly co-workers, middle management does listen but does not act (they're over-worked as well)

Cons

Negative feedback given constantly, ideas ignored, confidence will be reduced until you think like rest of team, work day does not end (seriously)

Cons

A few bad eggs. Non-performers spoil things for others by not carrying the weight. Same small group also puts out negative energy.
